Linking together territories and interconnecting public transport networks to secure the most favourable conditions for the movement of people and goods; inventing new types of mobility management with the implementation of traffic regulations in city centres;

Encouraging technological innovation for vehicles and the use of new forms of energy in any travel.

Supporting and developing the use of information and Communication Technologies, such as internet, videoconference etc. which can help reduce unneccessary travel and as a consequence, emissions.
