CO2 Ltd. was established in 2007. Markku Elg is the owner of a limited company, energy expert, educator, and a qualified creator of energy certificates (The Housing Finance and Development Centre ARA supervises and maintains a register of qualified energy certificate creators).
Markku Elg Co2.fi has prepared Energy Grant Applications for ARA for row houses, multi-story buildings, and detached houses with good success. It has provided residents, the company, and property owners the opportunity to improve their properties more energy-efficiently with the grants received.
NOTE Due to government-driven cost-saving measures, significant cuts are being made to the support measures of the Housing Finance and Development Centre ARA. For example, energy and district heating subsidies will no longer be granted in the next year 2024.
