The production and consumption of energy affect each and every one of us now and in the future
Around 20 years ago, Markku Elg founded Co2.fi Oy because he was already thinking about how to reduce the energy costs of buildings and improve the efficiency of heating systems to achieve savings. This involved utilizing solar and wind energy for additional energy supply in buildings, as well as implementing efficient air-to-water heat pumps and other measures.
Back then, property owners didn’t show much interest in energy efficiency. However, with fluctuating electricity prices nowadays, it is understood that something must be done to make costs more reasonable. Energy-efficient measures bring tangible benefits to residents and property owners/condominiums, reducing energy expenses, improving resale value, indoor air quality, and overall functionality of the building. Implementing energy-efficient measures provides tangible benefits to residents and property owners/condominium associations, resulting in reduced energy costs, improved resale value, enhanced indoor air quality, and enhanced functionality of the property.
